Veterinary data is fragmented across practices, records systems and diagnostic devices, so an animal's history is rarely visible in one place.

A B2B sector with established EHR platforms and diagnostic hardware already in use. Interoperability had to be designed around them, not in place of them.

Continuity is where risk becomes visible. Conditions such as CKD and osteoarthritis show themselves across time, not within a single visit.

Position Companion Health as a B2B intelligence layer for the veterinary and pet-care technology sectors, valued on data continuity, cross-practice interoperability and preventative insight — with strict boundaries against unsupported clinical or diagnostic claims.

Architecture designed for the Companion Health / Fetch API layer: real-time ingestion, normalisation and secure sharing across EHR platforms and diagnostic devices, with longitudinal frameworks for tracking chronic conditions over time.

Clinical and enterprise dashboard designs surfacing longitudinal trends, risk indicators and actionable markers without cognitive overload, architected on a cloud-native multi-tenant backend designed for high-throughput clinical telemetry.
