Quarry Adventures · 2026
Repositioning an operating adventure business in Coorg from a single fixed-location park to curated estate- and trail-wide experiences, and building the digital system that carries it.
01 / Problem
The business operated a single fixed-location adventure park at Madenad while selling experiences across Coorg. The digital front door described the location, not the range.
02 / Context
An operating business with real trails, private estate access and local knowledge already in hand. Coorg is sold to visitors as a sightseeing circuit, which is the market the brand had to argue with.
03 / Insight
Adventure has no address. What the business actually sells is access to landscape, not entry to a site.
04 / Decision
Reposition around access rather than location, under the market line "Coorg. Beyond the usual route" and the editorial provocation "There is more to Coorg than sightseeing". A closed-location narrative was rejected.
05 / System
A Field Intelligence x Adventure Editorial visual constitution — topographic contours, coordinates and signal components — with an experience taxonomy of AIR, MUD, RIDE, CLIMB, WALK, WILD, NIGHT and WATER, and a field-note editorial structure.
06 / Execution
Custom UI and UX, a performance-first custom-built frontend, SEO foundation, enquiry and WhatsApp integration, and deployment.
07 / Outcome
Not yet measured. Measurement is instrumented and running; a figure will be published only against a documented baseline date, a defined window and an attributable source.
07 / Outcome
Search and enquiry measurement is in place from deployment. No baseline was agreed before launch, so no figure is published.
